SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase!

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Made to order, custom and sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

If you would like to make a return, please e-mail: returns@shopselini.com with your name, and order number. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaginge and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped back to Selini and received within 7 business days from the time of your request. 

SHIPPING

United States
★ Free shipping on all orders over $150 
★ For all other orders, a flat ship rate of $8 will apply
★ For express shipped orders, a flat ship rate of $16 will apply

Canada
★ Flat ship rate of $18 will apply via USPS First Class International
★ We ship via USPS First Class Package International. Please allow 15-17 days to receive your order once it has been shipped.
★ For express shipped orders to Canada, a flat ship rate of $26 will apply

Europe*
★ Flat ship rate of $50 will apply with UPS or DHL

 Australia*
★ Flat ship rate of $50 will apply with UPS

*Selini is not responsible for any import duties.*

International shipping
★ We love all our #selinistars. Please contact hello@shopselini.com and we will be more than happy to arrange shipping for you!

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

RETURNS 

Any product made to order (IE: sweatshirts, graphic tees, and children's clothing) is final sale. No exceptions. We do not accept returns unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our sizing guide found on the product page for the perfect fit.
★ To make a return, please e-mail: returns@shopselini.com with your name and order number
★ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
★ Returns must be received within 7 business days from the time of your request
★ Original shipping is not refundable
We accept returns for a refund that are postmarked within 14 calendar days from your original order date
★ We accept returns for an online credit for items that are postmarked within 30 calendar days of your order date
★ Once it's past these 30 days, your order is no longer eligible for a return or credit
★ Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return
★ Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise. If they are not reported within this time period, the item can not be returned
★ Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit
★ Returns must be received unworn and in new condition
★ Gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned
★ Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. 

 

EXCHANGES

★ We can not do exchanges. You can email returns@shopselini.com to notify us about your return. You will have to purchase the new item as a new order.

★ Please follow the steps of how to make a return. The 14-day return policy still applies. 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

All packages sent will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments. All customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier about a missing or undelivered package.  In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
